What Actually Counts Against Your Limits?

Every unique backlink URL stored in a project counts as one slot — no matter how many times we recheck it. Remove a URL, and the slot opens back up.

Common questions about plans and billing.

Can I switch plans later?

Anytime. Upgrade and your new limits kick in right away — you only pay the difference for the rest of your cycle. Downgrade and it takes effect when your current cycle ends. If you’re over the lower plan’s limits, you’ll need to trim URLs or projects first.

What exactly is a monitored URL?

Any backlink-page URL sitting in one of your projects. Each one counts once toward your limit, no matter how many times we recheck it. Delete it, and that slot is free again. Pro and Agency plans keep the history even after you remove a URL, so you can re-add it later without losing anything.

Are scheduled rechecks included?

On Pro and Agency, yes — they run automatically on whatever interval you choose. On Free, you can re-scan manually whenever you want, but there’s no auto-schedule.

Do failed checks eat into my limits?

No. If a page times out, throws an error, or can’t be reached, that check doesn’t count. You only use a URL slot when a page is successfully processed and stored in a project.

Is there a yearly discount?

Yes — 20% off. Pro goes from $29/month down to $23/month. Agency goes from $79/month down to $63/month. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime in your account settings.

Can agencies set up separate client workspaces?

That’s exactly what the Agency plan is built for. Each client gets their own isolated workspace — separate URLs, projects, and reports. No client ever sees another client’s data. You can assign team members to specific workspaces and generate branded exports for each one.

Does paying more guarantee my backlinks get indexed?

No — and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. No tool controls what Google indexes. What paid plans give you is faster discovery processing, automatic rechecks, and detailed diagnostics that help you find and fix the things that are actually blocking indexing. We surface the problems. Google makes the final call.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, you drop to Free — any URLs or projects over the Free limits get paused until you upgrade again or trim them down.
