Non-Usage Refund
If You have subscribed to a paid plan (Pro or Agency) and have not used the Service at all from the date of purchase, You may request a refund within 15 days of the original payment date. “Non-usage” means no URLs have been submitted, no scans have been run and no monitoring projects have been created during the 15-day period.
Billing Error Refund
If You have been charged in error (duplicate charges, incorrect plan amount, or charges after a confirmed cancellation), You are eligible for a full refund of the erroneous charge. Contact our support team with your payment receipt, and we will investigate and process the correction.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a non-usage refund, all of the following must be true:
You have not submitted any URLs to the platform since the date of purchase. No scans have been initiated on your account during the refund eligibility period. No monitoring projects have been created or activated. The refund request is made within 15 days of the original payment date.
Cancellation Requirement
Before a refund can be processed, You must cancel your active subscription through your account settings. A refund cannot be initiated while the subscription remains active. Failure to cancel the subscription before requesting a refund will delay processing until cancellation is confirmed.
Suspension or Termination
No refund will be issued if your access to the Service has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or any other policy governing the use of BacklinkIndex.net. In such cases, any prepaid fees are forfeited.
Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are processed in the currency in which the original payment was made (USD). You are solely responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between the time of payment and the time of the refund. Discovery Processing Credits
Any discovery processing credits or quota consumed during your subscription period are non-refundable. These credits represent processing resources allocated to your account and cannot be reversed once used.
Free Plan and Trial Usage
The Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refund requests. Any features accessed during a free trial period are non-refundable.
Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Subscriptions purchased at a promotional rate, through a discount code or as part of a special offer are non-refundable. This includes annual billing discounts. Users who purchase at a discounted rate accept the terms of the promotion at the time of purchase.
Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
If You purchased a subscription through a third-party marketplace, reseller or promotional partner, the refund policies of that platform apply. BacklinkIndex.net cannot process refunds for transactions conducted outside our own payment system.
Account Termination for Policy Violations

Service Not Meeting Expectations

Indirect Costs
BacklinkIndex.net is not responsible for refunding any indirect costs associated with using the Service, including but not limited to costs incurred from third-party tools, link-building vendors, content creation, or SEO campaigns that depend on the results of our platform.
Limitation of Liability
No Guaranteed Outcomes
BacklinkIndex.net speeds up the backlink discovery process by pinging multiple crawl notification services (including Google via Pingomatic, Bing, Yandex and Seznam) and identifying technical blockers. However, we do not guarantee specific indexing results, search engine rankings, organic traffic increases or any other SEO outcome. Search engine crawling and indexing decisions remain under the control of each search engine.
Service Availability
We work to maintain uninterrupted access to the Service but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance windows, or technical issues that may affect availability.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the URLs You submit and the backlinks You monitor comply with applicable laws, regulations and the terms of service of the websites involved. BacklinkIndex.net is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of our Service in connection with links that violate third-party policies.
Third-Party Services
Our platform may reference or interact with third-party services, search engine APIs or external tools. BacklinkIndex.net is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or performance of these third-party services.
No Consequential Damages
In no event shall BacklinkIndex.net be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost rankings or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.
Total Liability Cap
